1. Agreement to Terms

This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Services, collection or use of any data or content, or any derivative use of the Services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Account Funding

You may deposit funds into your jlfff5 account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website. All deposits must be made from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on our website and may vary by payment method. jlfff5 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without notice. VIP accounts may have different limits as specified in VIP program terms.

4.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements if applicable. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method as your deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method, typically ranging from 24 hours to 5 business days.

4.4 Fees

jlfff5 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions in currencies other than Philippine Pesos.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. jlfff5 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 200 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) on inactive accounts. Players will be notified via email before any fees are applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Bonuses, promotions, and rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in the relevant promotional material. All bonuses require wagering before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates are specified for each promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jlfff5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, any winnings obtained through violation of these Terms will be forfeited, and jlfff5 may withhold any remaining balance.
